Breakfast Area  A further table and chairs are available here for a less formal eating area, also leads out to the lanai/patio should you prefer to eat outside

Pool & Jacuzzi The covered lanai leads to the large patio and is fully equipped with luxury recliners and chairs. The pool is 33’ by 14’ together with a Jacuzzi with optional electric heating. Ideal for BBQ's using the Gas BBQ provided.

Pool with underwater lighting- ideal for a midnight swim when you return exhausted from a long day in the Theme Parks - better than a hot bath. Bottlebrush hedge planted to avoid being overlooked from neighbouring property.
